Do I need a membership to buy?
No. H&MI Wholesale Warehouse & Fulfillment Centre is open to the public. Businesses and individuals can shop — no membership or business verification required.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. You can buy a single unit at wholesale prices (50% off retail) or order in bulk.
How does shipping work?
We ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx, and USPS from multiple warehouse locations across Texas. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Orders over $2,000 ship free. Full tracking is provided on every order.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days with prior approval. Electronics have a 7-day exchange policy. Report damaged shipments within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless/mobile wallets. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later through Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and Sezzle.
What product categories do you carry?
Electronics, cell phones & accessories, household essentials, novelty & smoking products, fragrances, clothing, and more. Our catalog is constantly expanding.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Every product is already priced at 50% off retail. For larger orders, contact us about volume-based pricing and tiered discounts.
Where are your warehouse locations?
We currently operate out of Port Arthur, TX (headquarters & distribution) and Allen, TX (fulfillment). Our new Dallas, TX warehouse is coming soon to serve the DFW metro area.

Do you offer fulfillment services?
Yes! Fulfillment by H&MI offers storage, pick/pack/ship, real-time tracking, inventory management, and custom packaging from our Texas warehouse locations. Contact us for details.
How do I become a vendor?
Visit our Vendor Registration page to apply. We partner with domestic and international vendors through dropshipping, wholesale stocking, and our Seller Center marketplace. Our team reviews applications within 1–3 business days.
